YS-ZF Aliphatic High-Efficiency Water Reducer

Aliphatic High-Efficiency Water Reducer, free of chloride ions, with outstanding early strength effect, with a water reduction rate of 14-22%, enhancing the fluidity and durability of concrete, suitable for various cast-in-place, precast concrete and admixture compounding.

Product Details

Ⅰ. Product Standards

Complies with GB 8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures" standard.

Ⅱ. Application Scope

1. General Infrastructure: Suitable for precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete in industrial and civil buildings, water conservancy, transportation, ports, and municipal engineering.

2. Strength Requirements: Ideal for medium and low-strength concrete, as well as projects requiring early strength, moderate frost resistance, and high-flowability concrete.

3. Curing Methods: Suitable for concrete projects and precast components using both natural and steam curing.

4. Additive Formulation: Applicable as a water-reducing and strengthening component for compound admixtures.

Ⅲ. Performance Characteristics & Technical Specifications

1. Appearance: Brown-red liquid with 30%–40% solid content; non-toxic and non-corrosive.

2. Safety: Chlorine-free (no corrosion to steel bars); non-air-entraining and non-retarding.

3. Chemical Composition: Na_2SO_4 < 5\%. It can be used as a water-reducing component in liquid anti-freeze agents during winter.

4. Workability: Provides strong dispersion effects on cement, significantly enhancing the flowability of the mixture. Concrete slump can reach 180mm–220mm, improving workability for easier pouring and vibration.

5. Early Strength: Specifically suited for high-temperature conditions or projects with extremely high early-strength requirements. 3-day strength can reach 70%–80% of the 28-day strength.

6. Efficiency:

  • Water Reduction Rate: 14%–22%, drastically reducing water consumption.

  • Strength Boost: 1–3 day strength increases by 50%–90%; 28-day strength increases by 10%–20%.

  • Cement Saving: Saves 7%–20% of cement while maintaining constant strength.

  • Durability: Enhances impermeability, freeze-thaw resistance, and corrosion resistance. Reduces shrinkage and creep, significantly extending the service life of the concrete.

Ⅳ. Recommended Dosage

This product is in liquid form.

The general dosage is 0.3%–1.0% (solid content equivalent), with the optimal dosage typically being 0.5%–0.7% (solid basis).

Ⅴ. Packaging, Transportation & Storage

Packaging: Available in drums or tanks according to customer requirements. Containers must be sealed to prevent leakage during transport.

Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct sunlight or prolonged exposure to heat.

Shelf Life: Generally one year. If expired, the product may still be used after passing inspection to re-determine the appropriate dosage.
