This product is chlorine-free and low in alkali, safe and stable without corrosion. It is suitable for steam-cured concrete curing and concrete projects with early strength requirements and freeze resistance needs above -5℃. It does not affect the setting time and significantly enhances the early strength of the concrete.
Ⅰ. Product Standards
Complies with GB 8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures" standard.

Ⅱ. Application Scope
1. Weather Conditions: Suitable for steam-cured concrete and various concrete projects requiring early strength and anti-freeze properties under normal, low, and negative temperature (not lower than -5°C) conditions.
2. Precast Components: Formulated without organic amines, making it suitable for most steam-cured precast concrete components.
3. Reinforcement Safety: Chlorine-free versions are available for use in reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete.
Ⅲ. Performance Characteristics & Technical Specifications
1. Safety & Stability: Non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-corrosive with a stable physical morphology.
2. Protection: Low alkali content prevents Alkali-Aggregate Reaction (AAR); causes no corrosion to reinforcement bars.
3. Strength Development:
No significant impact on setting time.
Significantly enhances early-stage strength without adversely affecting long-term strength.
1-day strength increases by 25%–40%; 3-day by 20%–40%; 7-day by 10%–30%. 28-day strength remains higher than that of the reference concrete.
Ⅳ. Recommended Dosage
This product is in powder form. The general dosage is 2.5% – 5.0% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
Ⅴ. Instructions for Use
Optimization: Compatibility and dosage should be determined based on local climate characteristics, project material properties, mix design, and technical requirements.
Addition Method: Add to the mixer together with the binder and pre-mix thoroughly before adding water. Extending the mixing time slightly is recommended for optimal performance.
Ⅵ. Packaging, Transportation & Storage
Packaging: Powder form, provided in double-layer packaging (inner plastic liner, outer woven bag). Net weight per bag is 25kg or 40kg.
Logistics: Prevent bag breakage and exposure to moisture during transit.
Storage: Store in a ventilated, dry, dedicated warehouse. Protect against clumping caused by moisture. If clumping occurs, it may only be used after passing a 0.63mm sieve test to re-determine the appropriate dosage.
Shelf Life: One year. Product may still be used after the expiration date if it passes re-testing.
