This product is chlorine-free, low in alkali, non-toxic and non-corrosive. It has excellent dispersion fluidity, early water reduction and early strength effects, enhances the compactness and frost resistance properties, and prolongs the service life of concrete.
Ⅰ. Product Standards
Complies with GB 8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures" standard.

Ⅱ. Application Scope
1. Versatile Environments: Suitable for steam-cured concrete and construction under normal, low, or negative temperatures (minimum temperature not lower than -5°C) requiring early strength and anti-freeze properties.
2. Precast Concrete: Formulated without organic amine early-strength components, making it ideal for most steam-cured precast concrete components.
3. Reinforcement Safety: Contains no chloride salts; safe for use in reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete.
Ⅲ. Performance Characteristics & Technical Specifications
1. General Safety: Non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-corrosive with a stable morphology.
2. Protection: Chlorine-free (no corrosion to steel bars). Low alkali content helps prevent Alkali-Aggregate Reaction (AAR).
3. Enhanced Workability: Provides strong dispersion effects on cement, significantly increasing flowability. Concrete slump can reach 180mm–230mm, making the mixture easier to pour and vibrate.
4. Air Content: \le 4.0\%, facilitating smoother construction operations.
5. Efficiency & Strength:
Water Reduction: 12%–25% rate.
Strength Boost: Significantly enhances strength at all ages, especially early strength. Increases 1–7 day strength by 50%–100% and 28-day strength by 10%–20%.
Cement Saving: Saves 7%–25% of cement while maintaining constant strength.
Durability: Enhances density, freeze-thaw resistance, and carbonation resistance. Reduces shrinkage and creep, significantly extending the service life of the concrete.
Ⅳ. Recommended Dosage
Powder: 1.0% – 4.0% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
Liquid: 1.5% – 4.5% of the total weight of cementitious materials.
Ⅴ. Instructions for Use
Trial Mixes: The specific compatibility and dosage should be determined via testing based on project material characteristics, mix design, and requirements.
Addition Method:
Liquid: Typically added to the mixer simultaneously with the mixing water.
Powder: Can be added to the mixer together with the binder. Extending the mixing time slightly is recommended for better results.
Ⅵ. Packaging, Transportation & Storage
Packaging:
Powder: Double-layer packaging (inner plastic liner, outer woven bag), 25kg or 40kg net weight per bag.
Liquid: Available in drums or tanks.
Logistics: Prevent bag breakage and moisture for powder during transport. Ensure liquid containers are sealed to prevent leakage.
Storage:
Powder: Store in a ventilated, dry, dedicated warehouse. Protect against damage and clumping caused by moisture. If clumping occurs, it can be used after passing a 0.63mm sieve test to re-determine the dosage.
Liquid: Store in a cool, dry place; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Shelf Life: One year. The product may still be used after the expiration date if it passes re-testing.
