Recently, our dual-category (powder and liquid) concrete admixture production line has completed all the debugging and trial operation verification, and has officially started full-scale production, completing the production capacity for eight main export products. This marks the official launch of our export layout for admixtures targeting the global market.

Recently, our dual-category (powder and liquid) concrete admixture production line has completed all the debugging and trial operation verification, and has officially started full-scale production, completing the production capacity for eight main export products: FDN Superplasticizer (SNF/PNS), Aliphatic Superplasticizer, Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE), Retarding Water Reducer, Early-strength Water Reducer, Pumping Concrete Admixture, High-performance Pumping Admixture, and Pumping Waterproofing Agent. This marks the official launch of our export layout for admixtures targeting the global market.

The newly operational dual production lines strictly adhere to international standards for chemical safety and quality control. Unlike conventional large-scale manufacturing lines in the industry, these lines are specifically designed to meet the needs of overseas small- to medium-sized buyers—capable of handling long-term bulk container orders while also accommodating initial small-batch sampling and replenishment requests from overseas building material traders and ready-mix concrete plants.

To address diverse construction challenges in overseas infrastructure projects, the production lines feature dedicated formula adjustment stations. Supported by an internal bilingual R&D team, product formulations have been pre-optimized for four major overseas conditions: high temperature and heavy rainfall in Southeast Asia, high clay and alkali content in aggregates in Africa, long-distance pumping under arid conditions in the Middle East, and low-temperature construction in Central Asia. For example, the retarder-type water reducer has been optimized for extended slump retention during hot transport in Southeast Asia, while the high-performance pumping admixture has been upgraded with enhanced anti-segregation performance for high-head tunnel pumping—enabling direct compatibility with local construction environments without requiring customer re-formulation.

On the compliance front, the company will simultaneously complete English and Chinese testing reports for all eight products and coordinate with leading domestic ocean freight forwarders to ensure seamless cross-border logistics solutions, including LCL and full-container shipping.

Currently, the company is steadily expanding its market presence along the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on infrastructure markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Moving forward, through cost-effective customized products, bilingual remote technical support, and comprehensive cross-border compliance services, we will continue engaging with overseas distributors and end-user engineering clients to steadily expand our global concrete admixture export footprint.

Going forward, the company will further deepen its commitment to “compliance-driven, customized, and lightweight” overseas service models. Leveraging its full portfolio of admixture products, we aim to steadily penetrate infrastructure and building materials markets along the Belt and Road, establishing a reliable brand for Chinese admixture exports.
